The Thermo-ADI batch is a single unit high temperature batch furnace, equipped with a salt hardening quench and vestibule.
The furnace can be emplyed with a suitable atmosphere ideal for carburising, carbonitriding, hardening and tempering.
The range of temperature is from 780°C to 1100°C with a uniformity of ±5°C, achieved through two atmosphere circulation fans.
Heating is provided by 4 gas burners fitted inside an equal number of high diameter gas burners on both sides of the chamber.
The furnace is equipped with PID temperature controller that allows high flexibility.
A Siemens PLC supervises all the operations from loading to processing.
